History of Palace Ruano
This urban village was ordered
to erect for D. Raimundo Ruano Blázquez, political and
wealthy businessman that its youth's time had passed in
Edinburgh directing its father's commercial house. The
elected place for its construction was located then in the

The building should finish among the years 1879-80 and
during one half a decade it was considered as the most
important architectural novelty in the whole county,
influencing in the use of the stone and in architectural
details in other local constructions.
