Frondoso Valley is located in the region of

Information of Interest
The Nuevo Torre Guil development covers a total
area of 1,118,306 m2 [12,037,296 sq ft] split into
two sectors (A and B).
Sector A was the first to be developed. With a
total land area of 700,000 m2 [7,534,706 sq ft] and
building area of 266,746 m2 [2,871,218 sq ft] (over
a net residential area of 381,069 m2 [4,101,776 sq
ft]), it houses three types of residential
accommodation: detached and semi-detached houses,
and apartment complexes.
Sector A has been completely developed, as have
the access roads and estate facilities, with special
emphasis being placed on the presence within the
development of the Centre for Education and
Environmental Studies sponsored by the Building
Society “Caja de Ahorros Del Mediterráneo” (CEMACAM),
an extremely important focal point for the
development.
Furthermore, Sector A has a wealth of additional
services available to its residents, especially the
private security services and the direct transport
link to Murcia, which may be extended to Sector B,
the sector developed under this project.
A common road permits access to both sectors, and
currently there is an arch at the entrance which
marks clearly the limits of the residential
development.
