STRUCTURE: reinforced concrete.

EXTERIOR WALLS: brick built, covered with mortar and finished in stone paint. Insulated with projected poliurethane. Air cavity walls. The interior one of single cavity brick.

ROOFS: inclined areas finished in mixed tiles. Flat areas used as terraces or sunroofs finished in non-slip flooring. Flat areas not in use, finished in protective materials.

PARTITION WALLS: interior layout having double cavity brick walls. Dividing walls between apartments with double cavity brickwork, filled with acoustic insulation. Plastered and painted.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY: entrance door reinforced, with security lock. Sliding and/or openingdoors and windows in white aluminium frames. Double glazing throughout “Climalit” or equal quality. Slatted aluminium blinds.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY: interior doors with mouldings in varnished wood. Built in wardrobes with sliding and/or opening doors in varnished wood. Interiors are fitted with drawers.

FLOORING: top quality ceramic throughout the dwelling. Terrace tiles with “rustic” finish.

WALLS AND CEILINGS: textured finish to walls in living room, entrance/inner halls and bedrooms, painted in a choice of two colours. Smooth finish to ceilings in living areas, painted white.
